And the nightmare begins. Instagram is going to become little by little into Facebook . By replicating the same technologies, confusing user interface and approach in user polices , therefor comercial, monetization models.
Right now instagram is at their pick, they keep growing in photos , users and visits numbers, but I wonder if this will go along in the long term if the community who liked this app at the beginning of its newcome into the world , will keep liking it if it turns just in the continuation of another social network . A social network where that same community stopped using it cause of all the mentioned issues and migrated to this one.
I guess it was a big mistake from the Instagram crew to sell the platform to FB.
I just can see terrible up-come of this same option in a place like this which is not FB and is more similar to Twitter, in the way users interact. I can only see people with high profiles, and companies , even individuals being annoyed with the extra work of having to curate what will appear in their profile , when it is done with incorrect , unpolite , non aesthetically applealing pictures that appear directly in their profile or should i say timeline.The mayority of users have oppen profiles and this is used by the masses, not just the people in a select group. Not everyone has the time to do that picture by picture adding to your story thing ( yes I’m using FB lingo on purpose ). Plus what will happen if they decide this will change from one day to another and suddenly the pics are added to ur profile?Not cool at all.
I wonder how many years do Kevin has to serve to this company , until he can start new projects that are direct competition to this one.I wanna see what this dudes have under their sleeves , cause I doubt this is their last project for the social media world.I wanna see this dudes work freely again and without a frame or box that is stopping them to do bigger , better things and without emulating another one. #Instagram #Instagate

Tumblr is now inserting adds in your timeline. If they curate it and they are careful about the amount of adds they place , could work as a monetization model for the network, but if they abuse and over due it , will be their doom .
Twitter New Music App. It let’s you discover new music and popular music through the data of the social network , presenting it , in a beautiful graphic app, that can be connected to spotify and rdio. Also you can twitt the popular hashtag #NP : Now Playing directly from the app , if you are listening some piece with in it. The twits will lead you to the iTunes store, instead to redirect you to the app, which I think this might be some monetization strategy.And you can notice what others that you follow are playing too. Which by the way in my timeline people don’t have good music taste, haha. The down side is that you need time and premium accounts in external services to be able to use it properly. You can use it as a quick radio station that will change the songs every few seconds. I think in the future they are going through that strategy be a radio service like the ones they use now.
Overall if you have time to discover music , you will like it.

I’m trying @mailbox for the first time , and this is ridiculous.1800 mails without reading of only two mail accounts. I don’t think I will have the time to give the proper use of the app to clean my inbox. I think I’ll just keep ignoring unnecessary mails , plus they only work with gmail accounts. So if you use other mail services there is no point on using it. The design and user interface is really pretty . And the logistics of app too. Nice app but don’t ha#ve the time to properly use it.
