Humanity shares common experiences that many times due to life style forgets that have more similarities than differences. A proof of this is Decisive Moments . Yes, moments in plural because this is a repetitive patron in our lifes as human beings. Those little, short but very important moments in life when you know something is about to happen or change. You know things won’t be the same since that instant. This seconds or minutes  seem  to be eternal and you feel that time froze into space for a small period.

Many things occurs in  your head , depending on what is your structure of thinking , it is how the pros, cons are being weight into different variables and are represented in your head in different forms .For example if you have a very structured mind , a list of mathematical equations might start appearing in your head; or a list in a yellow paper doing the old school procedure of adding in one side of a column the positive things that might happen and in the other side of another column the negative ones, all of this by handwritten letter in pen  ; if you have a more creative inclination images might start flashing intro your mind and you might start seeing the different scenarios like in a movie ,a photography or a paint of many colors, dimensions,figures and styles.

Whatever the way this trans-formative experience happens , you know things are about to be altered for good or the worst. And maybe you think that whatever the outcome might be you are willing to damage or make better your future for that little instant that you are about to live.

Have you ever had ten perfect minutes with a stranger? I say this quantity,because i think is the right amount of time to make you think of a lapse where you can have a short but yet insightful conversation with someone.

It is that moment in life when without you knowing it ,without you having an expectation ,boom! Et voila , life decides to give you a little gift and put you in a situation when you start talking with a stranger and start sharing a moment. Suddenly that momentum in space starts to become a part of yourself, you start sharing intimacy ,and you don’t realize why you started doing it. Intimidation , not at all, you feel comfortable doing it and you want to keep sharing and perhaps laughing or crying.

At the same time a voice inside your head tells you , i wish i could continue this and get this person to be part of my daily life , but you know that might be almost impossible,since there are geographical,social and more personal barriers.Plus you won’t be intense ,stalker-ish and ruin it .So you decide to enjoy the moment and put them in your Island Of Happiness.

This insular place is where in your mind treasure all the people that give you little peaces of joy during life. These persons don’t have to be present in your daily routine and as time goes by, if you keep letting yourself have this moments ,people might vanish in your brain; but at that circumstance you hold them close cause you had …ten perfect minutes.

In life i always considered my self a walker, not a runner. I have always taken my own time to make things, . My rhythm doesn’t have a fast pace.even if the world and outer pressures wants me to run

Here a video of a man ,Christophe Rehage,who decided to become a walker for an entire year through China. My admiration to him goes beyond the words i can post on here. One of my dreams that i hope to achieve during this life is to be a walker for a short period of time,to become a Compostela’s Pilgrim.

This is the soundtrack that accompanies the Noah Kalina ,Everyday work in progress.

Since i saw the video the first time i loved the song, without the music it wouldn’t have been the same.

Ever since i haven’t stop playing the song, mainly because it soothes me, piano is one of my favorite instruments. In fact i believe that if i was an instrument i would be a piano where a percussionist played on my wood the drums to accompany the piano. Anyways the songs keeps No1. in my last.fm because i’ve been trying to learn how to play it on the piano.

If you most know i don’t know how to properly play the piano , i just sit on it and play random rhythms that please me on it. It is one of my pleasures to be a non piano player who literally plays on the piano. I have to thank this gift of life to my loved granny who gave a Piano to each of her sons when they got married.

I discovered one day when we were having breakfast the reason she gave such gift to her family.She started saying : You know when i was young i used to play the piano. My sister and i had our eyes popping out and told her: really granny? Wow we didn’t know.

Before i continue with the story you most know that my nan in her youth was poor and lived in a small town.She naturally continued her story : Yes i used to seat in a bard and start playing in it , at that point of the story she said :like this ,and started doing movements with her hands, simulating to play a piano on the table.

When she finished her story we all laughed but at the same time we started commenting about what kind of woman my grandma has always been : a dreamer with very earthy aspirations , a hardworking strong, pragmatic woman.Now, she keeps working at her 95 years old, even if she really doesn’t anymore she keeps showing at work and hangs out there for about an hour everyday .
