The Louvre app for apple products is pretty dandy. You can take tours of the museum,learn a bit of history about the artwork, building, current display of the galleries, and get information to get around it.The only down side for the people who aren’t francophone speakers, is that videos are in French ;but rest of the application remains in English .
Update: You can change French language in video section to :English,German,Japanese.I would add :Spanish,Mandarin.
I don’t know if i am too egocentric and i think i was that customer , but knowing that this company is hearing their customers made me felt listened by the corporation, which should be the point of having a customer service via twitter.

The reason why the iPod was revolutionary : Because it could support all the songs you had in your computer. No matter what was the source of it was.
The reason why the iPhone was revolutionary: People around me always used to say. Your mobile phone will have integrated your camera and ipod in one device. Apple made it true by creating a Smartphone capeable of doing that plus internet navagation on the go as if you were on a computer , plus they offered applications that didn’t exist at the moment for that niche , converting your phone into a little computer.
Don’t get greedy Apple and really think different!
